2 circuits to work through! Both circuits based on a flow sequence involving compound movements that we all know well that will recruit a large number of muscles in the lower body.

The timer will be on for 40 seconds per exercise with 15 seconds rest inbetween
For this workout you will simply need some dumbbells!

The dumbbells I use primarily are 15kg each, however I use 2 x 9kg every time a mini flow appears within a complex!
