This HIIT circuit workout with dumbbells is ideal for weight loss. It works all muscle groups and increases muscle mass.
Note that using very heavy dumbbells can interfere with your performance. Use dumbbells you're comfortable with. For this circuit workout, I'm using 3kg dumbbells.
Move fast throughout the workout and don't rest. If you have the time, do this workout twice.
