Toning your arms and trimming fat from that area can be tricky. You want to eliminate the fat but not gain too much muscle mass that it makes your arms big. You want to maintain that toned-arms look that looks great when you wear short-sleeved tops.
In today's video exercise, there's no heavy lifting required because we won't be using any gym equipment but it still works wonders for your arms. This workout involves other muscles groups, too, like your core so you'll really be hitting key muscles in this workout.
You'll be able to see the results in a few weeks but remember that you have to focus and do this on a regular basis. Daily if possible since this will just require 10mins of your time--quick and easy!
