In order to see changes, make sure to exercise everyday. This video can be done daily but if you can't, then 3-4x a week should be perfect. You should be able to see changes in about 4 weeks depending of course on your current weight, age, gender, on how hard you train, and if you have any health conditions that will hinder weight loss.
