Back fat exercises are often neglected because people are most often focused on exercises that help eliminate the fat on the front part of our bodies like stomach fat or arms and thighs fat. But eliminating back fat is just as important as losing fat in the rest of our bodies!
In today’s workout video I’m giving you exercises that will work your upper, and lower body to make you lose back fat effectively! These are all body-weight exercises making it easy and convenient for you to do this anywhere.
The key to making this exercise work is to do this on a daily basis and combine it with a proper, healthy diet. Make sure to stay away from grains and sugar and stay active always. Avoid living a sedentary lifestyle!
