There are people who only want to do exercises and burn fat only in a specific for a particular part of the body. And you can do that indeed! Like in today's workout, if you're bothered about the fat in your back, these upper body exercises will surely help you achieve your goal!
These body weight exercises are more focused on working the muscles in your upper body in order and make them work together to burn the underlying fat in your sides and back.
This workout can be done about 3-4x a week. In the days between, you can do other exercises like full body exercises or targeted exercises. Whichever you choose, consider eating a healthy diet to make your effort all the more worthwhile.
