If you have weak back muscles and you experience lower back pain then one of the solutions is to start doing exercises that specifically target your back muscles, make them stronger, stretch them properly, and that will eventually lead to the disappearing of lower back pain.
One of the causes of your lower back pain could be that your back muscles simply can't handle the weight of your back too much. In the end they get tired and start to become rigid and tense, and you know the effects of that.
