This is an easy workout but lasts for 20 mins so you may find this a bit challenging. If you're a beginner you may find this difficult to do. But if you want to challenge yourself to exert more effort to burn fat and lose weight, this is a workout you can try.
You don't need to do this workout everyday, 3-4x a day is more than enough to achieve results. But of course, you need to eat a healthy diet and avoid a sedentary lifestyle--exercise regularly and stay active!
