A lot of us enjoy running and jogging and consider it as a way to clear some space in your head. It's good for both our mind and body even though it can be really tiring. So if you want to reap the same benefits of jogging without having to leave the house, here is a workout you can do that will guarantee to burn twice the fat you burn when you go for a run!

Jumping Jacks
Tricep Dip Kicks
Knee Push Ups
Squat and Kick
T Push Ups
Burpees
Plank Jacks
Mountain Climber

These are all the exercises included in today's video. They're all body-weight and will work your whole body, plus they're all cardio routines so you know you're really doing a heart-pumping workout even at home!

This can be pretty intense so I suggest that if you're a beginner or you're not used to exercising or any physical activities, please check with your physician before you start this workout or pick a beginner-friendly video to start with.
