HIIT workouts are highly recommended for burning calories and losing weight fast. Its intensive routines work your entire body making the weight loss a holistic approach thus giving far more effective results.
Today's half hour workout can be done everyday, or at least 3-4x a week, for faster results. Just remember to watch what you eat and stay away from grains and sugar. Also, motivation and discipline is the key. Without it, no amount of effort will help you.
