Microsoft Word has a Review mode. Perfect when sharing files and you want the recipient to make suggestions rather than changes.
This way you see all the suggestions made, can accept or reject these and create better documents, keeping track of contributions and changes.

Class Blog posts
Student work where the teacher adds suggestions as feedback.
