Learn how to blend text into any background (like clouds!) using the Blending Options and Blend If sliders in Photoshop!

Video chapters:
1. Open your image (0:21).
2. Add your text (0:28).
3. Open Photoshop's Blending Options (1:00).
4. The Blend If Sliders (1:09).
5. Set the Blend If option to Gray (1:46).
6. Drag the white Underlying Layer slider to the right (1:52) to blend the text into the brightest areas of the image.
7. Split the white slider in half (2:51) to create a smooth transition between the text and the clouds.
8. Adjust the two half sliders to fine-tune the blending effect (4:04).
9. Using the black Underlying Layer slider (4:35) to blend the text into darker areas of the background.
10. Splitting the black slider in half to create a smooth transition (5:03).
11. Merging the two half sliders back into a single slider (5:16).
12. Resetting the black slider (5:30) to blend the text only into the clouds.
13. Closing the Layer Style dialog box to complete the text blending effect (5:39).
