This supplemental lecture was recorded LIVE during one of my classes. In this lecture, I demonstrate how to use the PEER NGA West2 online database to search for and scale time histories. The portal to the PEER NGAWest2 database can be accessed here: http://ngawest2.berkeley.edu/

Remember that the NGA West2 database algorithm does not allow you to download your own rotated or averaged time history records. If you want to develop rotated or averaged time histories, you will have to rotate/average them on your own.
