Learn about file sharing in Teams in this video tutorial from Microsoft. In Microsoft Teams, there are different ways to find, store, and share files to collaborate with others. This video will show you how to collaborate on a file with teammates, turn a file into a tab, use the Files tab in a channel, and share a file from the Files tab in a channel.
Open a file and work with others

2. Choose where to open a file:
- Teams (default): Open a file in Teams.
- Desktop app: Open a file in the desktop version of the app.
- Browser: Open a file in the browser version of the app.
