Integrity is at the center of any model of trust, holding the other four dimensions together, because without integrity, trust breaks apart. People who have integrity are honest and sincere, and people want to work in a culture of integrity. People need to believe that you have the skills and abilities to carry out your commitments.
Consistent people use the same behavior in similar situations; they are predictable. People who are loyal look out for others’ interests (they don’t take advantage of others). Betrayal triggers intense emotional reactions, as you may have experienced. People who are open accept new ideas and change. They give the full truth.
