And I got that overwhelming feeling again. I got back in to the situation where I could not decide where to start the morning with. I soon realized, I was beginning to miss that burst of energy I got from producing something quick and valuable early in the morning. so I changed my daily plan a little every day, and I usually have a planned activity for every morning now. The best solution is to have an activity that can be done daily, its the first thing you do, it is something important or has value, and it is something you share with others, so you really feel accomplished after having completed that task. I think anyone who adds a daily morning activity or ritual like this in their daily calendar, will see the productive fruits of the activity soon and start feeling better, more productive and accomplished in a short time.
