Spades
Spades dig a hole. They focus on what you did wrong… and why.
Hearts
Hearts are about love. Everything is wonderful. So, hearts represent general positive feedback.
Diamonds
Diamonds have great value. Diamond feedback gives the information you most need: what you did and why I found it valuable.
