VLOOKUP: Stands for Vertical Lookup. It searches for a value in the leftmost column of a table and returns a value in the same row from a specified column. It's commonly used to find data in large datasets.

XLOOKUP: This is a more powerful and flexible version of VLOOKUP introduced in Excel 365. It can search in both vertical and horizontal directions, handle approximate and exact matches, and has options for returning multiple results.

IF: A fundamental logical function that performs a logical test and returns one value for a TRUE result, and another for a FALSE result. It's often used for conditional calculations or formatting.

SUM: This function adds up all the numbers in a range of cells.

SUMIF: Similar to SUM, but it only adds up values that meet a specified condition.

AVERAGE: Calculates the average of a range of numbers.

AVERAGEIF: Like AVERAGE, but it only calculates the average for cells that meet a specified condition.

COUNTIF: Counts the number of cells within a range that meet a single condition.

LARGE: Returns the k-th largest value in a data set, where k is specified by the user.
