The WORKDAY.INTL function in Excel, can returns the number of the date before or after a specified number of workdays and you can also especify a criteria such as weekdays and holidays. The weekend parameter indicates which days of the week are the weekend. And you can also especify any date as holidays to not be considered as workdays.

Now, the NETWORKDAYS.INTL function in Excel, can return the number of whole working days between a start date and a end date. You can use the working days only and exclude weekends and exclude holidays or rid of any other especific date. The NETWORKDAYS calculates the number of days between two dates with criteria.
