So let's see I have a report with all the employees name of the company separated by the departments, but here's is a problem, I don't want you to have all these values separated from each other, I want you to bring everything together, I want group everything.

The best way to do it is using one of those formulas, to row and to column. Because whenever you change any value or whenever we update any name, we going to have the result automatically update for us with the correct result, with the correct names.
