With this spreadsheet, we can manage our money ‎income, expenses and the budget. That way we gonna be able to control our personal finance.
The first thing we will start doing in this spreadsheet is creating a title such as monthly Budget.
Then, we can create the dates automatically. If we are in the January month, the dates will correspond to the month of January, from the first to the last day of the month. If we are in February, the same thing and so on.
Now a very important thing is that, we freeze the panels, that is, we can fix the first row of Excel and we can also fix the first column. We can also fix many rows in the spreadsheet because this way, when we scroll down the spreadsheet, we do not lose the reference to the header or the first spreadsheet column as they will always remain fixed on the screen.
The next step is to create income and expense blocks. You can also create an Extra block of fixed expenses or variable expenses, this way you can specify even more the inflows and outflows of money on your daily or monthly cash flow.
The last step is to create three new row to calculate the totals. First, the total income, then the total expenses, then the final balance or the grand total.
