To randomly draw a winner name in Excel, we can use the randbetween formula and the vlookup formula.

The randbetween in works as a random number generator that's updates the value whenever we press the f9 key or update the spreadsheet. We can define the thresholds or the minimum limit and the maximum limit, as this function has two arguments, bottom value and top value, we need to do so.

And the vlookup function is gonna bring back as result the name associated with the number. We can use the vlookup formula when we need to find things in a table or a range by row. To lookup for somenthing and bring back as result the correspondent value.
