So, with the Dashboard, you can analyze the results in a simple and interactive way, in addition to helping in decision-making on a daily-basis and on your job.

To make a Dashboard in Excel, we can follow the steps below.
1 Have a Database.
2 Turn the Database into a Table with the Format as Table tool.
3 Create PivotTable from the Table.
4 Create Slicers to Filter Data Automatically.
5 Create Dashboard Background Image with Objects or Pictures or Icons.
6 Create PivotCharts and Value Cards.

1 Having a database in Excel is the first step, as we need information so that we can make charts, graphs, make tables, make pivot tables and pivot charts, etc. A database is needed to make the Dashboard.

2 Creating a table in Excel using the tool called format as table. So let's take our database and turn it into a table with a very important Excel feature.

3 Creating a PivotTable in Excel can help us a lot in creating the Dashboard, because with the PivotTable we can make dynamic charts. Whenever we make any filters or data segmentation, the chart information will update automatically. Pivot table is responsible to slice and dice our data.

4 Data segmentation, or known as, slicers, filters, option box, list of options, filter button, selection buttons, dynamic filter, etc., will be very important to make our worksheet interactive in Excel.
Every time some information is selected from the slicer box, all the values in the spreadsheet, all the values in the Dashboard, will be updated automatically. In this way, we managed to make our dashboard in Excel interactive and dynamic. With just a few clicks we can filter the information we need to view.

5 Creating the background of the Dashboard is very important because we can make the dashboard modern and beautiful with just the image we chose for the background of the Excel worksheet screen.
We can use figures and objects such as rectangles, squares, circles, rectangles with rounded corners, etc. In addition to being able to use icons or images from our computer.

6 Dynamic charts, or pivot charts, will make our dashboard more beautiful and interactive in Excel. Every time any value is filtered and a segmentation of information is made, the graphs update automatically, showing only the selected information.
