When copying or modifying multiple shapes, we first need to select them. In this video you will learn different techniques to select some or all of the shapes on the sheet.
I also explain how to use the Selection Pane to see a list of the shapes on the sheet. The Selection Pane allows you to select, rename, hide/unhide, and re-order the shapes.
You will also learn how to use the Select Objects tool to draw an area around the shapes you want to select. This is similar to the behavior of selecting shapes in PowerPoint slides.
