Learn why Table number formatting doesn't always copy down to new rows in Excel, and 2 ways to fix it. Sometimes when we add new data below a table, the number formatting doesn't copy down from the cells above. This can happen when we are typing data in cells or copy/pasting data below a Table.

The reason this happens is because the number formatting was not applied to all cells in the column at the SAME time. In this video I share how to fix this and a few shortcuts to make the process faster.

I also share some macros that allow you to quickly fix all the columns in a specific Table, or all the Tables in a workbook.
