In this video, you will learn how to create Vlookup formulas to other workbooks, how to manage and update formula links when the files are moved, and how to share the files that contain formula links with other users.

These techniques also work with Xlookup, Index & Match, and any other formula where you want to pull in data from another file. The references in the formulas create links to the other workbooks.

In the video I explain how to use the Edit Links window to manage and change these links. This is especially important when you move the file to other folders and/or share files with other users.

I explain how SharePoint or OneDrive can be good options for storing your files when sharing with other users or coworkers.
