In this video I demonstrate how to perform a COUNTIF across multiple worksheets.

The method I demonstrate requires you to house all your data in Excel tables and then to name those tables. You can then refer to the table names with the INDIRECT function to return multiple ranges in one formula.

An Excel table creates a dynamic range that grows as new data is added. Therefore, when new data is added to any of the worksheets this formula will reflect those updates.

The functions used in this video are INDIRECT, COUNTIF, SUM and SUMPRODUCT.
