In this video, I demonstrate how to conditionally format cells based on an adjacent or previous value. This value is normally in the cell above or to the left.

1) Conditionally format cells if the text value in the cell above or to the left is the same as the current cell's value
2) Conditionally format cells to show an increase or decrease compared to an adjacent value
3) Display arrow icons to show an increase or decrease in value compared to a previous or adjacent value.
