In this video I demonstrate how to automate sending emails (including attachment) from Excel. To do this you will need to use VBA - code included in the download above and in the description below.

In our scenario we have a table containing training delegate details. The table includes name, email address, course title and course certificate file name. By looping through each row in the table using a For Each Next loop we can create an individual email for each delegate adding their details to the to, subject, body and attachment properties of the email.
