In this Microsoft Excel video tutorial I demonstrate how to combine multiple worksheets into one. In this video I use the VSTACK function to achieve this. VSTACK is available in Excel 365. If you have an earlier version of Excel you can use Power Query to achieve the same thing - please see my video here: https://youtu.be/i8O-N0bHYgw

This video explores two methods for combining worksheets. The first method requires you to store your data in Excel tables. Excel tables give you a dynamic range, so if you add new records in any of your worksheets, those new records will automatically appear in the combined worksheet.

The second method works best if you have many worksheets that you need to combine. VSTACK allows you to reference a range of worksheets and then specify the range cells on each of those sheets that you want to feed into the combined worksheet. You can then use the FILTER function to exclude any blank rows that are returned by VSTACK. If you add new worksheets, the combined worksheet will automatically include their data.
