In this video I demonstrate how to extract text from an image in Microsoft Word. To achieve this you need to insert the image into a Word document and then save that document as a PDF. You can then open that PDF in Word which will turn the text into text that you can edit. This may be useful if you have a paper copy of a document that cannot be located on your PC or network. Rather than having to create the document from scratch, use this method.
