Step: 1
Visit the website - https://docs.anaconda.com/free/anaconda/install/windows/. Click on the Download Anaconda Installer. You may have to give your email id for getting the link to download the Anaconda. Verify email once issued.
Important:
Click the download link, which you must have received as an email. Download Distribution by choosing the proper installer for your machine. With the intel ultra laptop, choose the Windows as the option.

Step:2
From the start button, type anaconda prompt. It will launch the conda prompt. Issue below the command. Installation may take some time, wait.
conda create -n npu python=3.10

Next step is to activate the environment. The command to do the same is
conda activate npu

Step: 3
The next step is to Install npu acceleration library. It is simple and issue this command as shown below: (note that environment is set as npu, when you issue this command)
pip install intel-npu-acceleration-library

Note:
Install git from
https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/releases/download/v2.35.1.windows.2/Git-2.35.1.2-64-bit.exe. You should be able to see this once the installation is completed.

Install VC++ distributable - https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe use this link for the download. (Installation is simple, click next, next to finish)
Issue conda activate npu

Step: 4
Clone the notebook repo - git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/openvinotoolkit/openvino_notebooks.git (This can be issued git bash or Anaconda prompt. Ensure path variable for the GIT is set appropriately, search - edit environment variables - refer below. Click new - add the path C:\Program Files\Git\bin (Verify properly). For Bash mode, this may not be required.

Launch the Jupyter Notebook Server:
Navigate to the openvino notebook path and issue the command as shown below.

Now launch the notebook server with the command : jupyter lab notebooks
