Uponor has teamed up with Milwaukee to make the new, more versatile M12 ProPEX® Expansion Tool, which creates connections for 3/8 ths to 1 inch PEX-a tubing.

The new tool features an auto-rotating head for easy expansion of the tubing and convenient one-handed operation.

It has a compact, ergonomic design that reduces fatigue during extended use.

The quick-rotating mechanism inside allows for fast, continuous expansion for any size connection.

This tool has all-metal gears and a metal frame for maximum job-site durability. It also has a safety lock, an LED work light to illuminate the work space in dark locations, and a battery fuel gauge that displays remaining run-time.

The tool can be purchased individually, or as a kit with three different size heads, two batteries and a charger.

The M18 model is also available for PEX tubing larger than 1 inch.
