Friends in this video we will learn all information about SMD rework station. In modern PCBs we are using SMD technology on our PCBs to assemble component on the PCB. To remove or install any component on the PCB we need hot air gun which melt the solder. To melt the solder we use SMD rework station machine some people call it hot air gun or heat gun. In this video we will learn how to use SMD rework station machine in electronics repairing and especially in mobile phone repairing. My first advice is for you friends use digital machine because you can control heat in a digital way so you may not damage the PCB by mistakenly. Because the biggest problem which people face while using SMD reworks station is that by mistakenly they apply to much heat which eventually damage the component. Second point I want to give you while using SMD rework station use the nozzle according component while you removing any small SMD on the board please use the small nozzle and to remove any big component like big transistor or charging base port of any component which is big or equal to the charging port we should use big nozzle because big nozzle do not accumulate heat on a single point which eventually burn the point where exercise heat is applies by mistakenly. My third point is that always use the Flux paste while removing of installing any component on the PCB because this will protect the component from blasting from the heat because too much heat can blast or burn the component.
