Different Types of Current Transformer | Classification of Current Transformer

Current Transformers (CT's) are instrument transformers that are utilized to supply a lessened estimation of current to meters, protective relays, and instrument.
There are three types of current transformer.

1. Wound Current Transformer.
2. Toroidal Current Transformer.
3. Bar type Current Transformer.
