Installing an Air Conditioning System: Brazing and Pressure Testing Part 1! This is about an Air Conditioning System Replacement where I replace the Evaporator Coil, the Lineset, and the Condensor. This is Part 1 of the Brazing and Pressure Testing Procedure where I give a the step by step process of connection of the refrigerant lines. I show proper 3psi purging of the copper lines with nitrogen while brazing in order to eliminate oxidation, I show proper copper preparation, what to look for, and other tips along the way! Supervision is needed by a licensed HVAC Tech before doing this as Experience and Apprenticeship garners Wisdom and Safety.
