This is about the Refrigerant Pressure/Temperature Relationship when the refrigerant is in the Saturated state where Liquid and Vapor refrigerants both exist. Through this Pressure-Temperature Relationship you can confirm refrigerant what refrigerant is in the bottle or in the system if you know the surrounding air temp and refrigerant pressure at a saturated state. You want to make sure that the system the refrigerant is in has not been turned on in the last hour and if the refrigerant is in a bottle you want to check the pressure after the bottle has been sitting at a stable temperature for at least an hour or more. As long as there are no non-condensable in the system or tank, you will be able to figure out the refrigerant type through this process. Supervision is needed by a licensed HVACR Tech while performing tasks as Experience and Apprenticeship garners Wisdom and Safety.
