Mobile Repairing Course #6 Cell Phone REPAIR Training by MovilOne

Our mobile repairing course online, today is about how to change the sim card reader of any device Samsung.

Errors:
-no sim card installed
-no sim card
-no sim card detected
-no sim card Android
-no service sim card

A Samsung J530 arrives on the website and according to our customer does not detect the SIM card. It is a very common failure when the phone does not take the network because of the sim card.

If your phone or your cell has these symptoms:
  -Does not recognize SIM card.
-Do not take network with any company: Vodafone, movistar, orange...
  - the SIM screen is missing on the mobile screen.
-The SIM reader has a bad contact on the pins.
-or simply the card does not work.

You have to repair the module that read the sim card.

This repair is a little complicated if you do not have the necessary tools for the replacement of the Sim card reader. Below I give you all the necessary tools to be able to do this job:

Plastic handle to remove the back cover.
Suction cup to open a hole in the lid.
Philips screwdriver to unscrew the screws (star type).
Heat gun to warm to 90ºC.
Hot air station to desolder the SIM reader.
Soldering iron to solder the pins on the base plate.
Flux Kingbo RMA 218 to facilitate the desoldadura.
Flux for welding Amtech NC-559.
Industrial glue to stick the back cover.
Minimum microscope 20X (magnification).
Desoldering mesh to remove the old tin.

And as a last, a little practice.
