This dialect is native to the Bethlehem province of Palestine to the Christians there they are called and within this province, there are 3 Christian towns witch the dialect is native of these towns are called: Beit lahem, Beit Jala, and Beit Sahour. it is spoken by nearly 50.000 people mainly for the Christian population and This pronunciation is based on the Beit Jala Accent which doesn't differ so much from the other 2 dialects but the tives can distinguish one another just by hearing them. and this dialect is influenced by mainly Hebrew, English, Persian, Aramaic (the most), and for a little extinct influenced by few Coptic words.
