This language or speech is called most often by the name of “Bahasa Benteng” by its native speakers. I am one of the native speaker of this language. I am pretty sure this language does not have any proper documentation or official recognition. This language is spoken by a chinese peranakan community in Tangerang, Bogor, outskirts of Jakarta, and around those regions. Bahasa Benteng is actually a dialect of Betawi language (Jakartan Malay) and I believe it’s a sub-dialect of the betawi udik dialect. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Betawi_language#Dialects

I believe there are not too many differences between Bahasa Benteng and other Betawi Udik Dialect variances. But I think the differences are the vocabularies that have a lot more Hokkien Chinese loanwords.

A lot of people in Indonesia think and sometimes will insist that betawi language is no different to “Bahasa Indonesia Gaul” or “Indonesian Slang” (much like Scots to English) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indonesian_slang. That, I think, is because of the dominance of the betawi language in Indonesian media, diglossia, and the fact that betawi is a malay-based creole language.

Betawi Malay is a popular informal language in contemporary Indonesia, used as the base of Indonesian slang and commonly spoken in Jakarta TV soap operas. The name Betawi stems from Batavia, the official name of Jakarta during the era of the Dutch East Indies. Colloquial Jakarta Indonesian, a vernacular form of Indonesian that has spread from Jakarta into large areas of Java and replaced existing Malay dialects, has its roots in Betawi Malay. According to Uri Tadmor, there is no clear border distinguishing Colloquial Jakarta Indonesian from Betawi Malay.

“Pure” Bahasa Benteng is falling out of use and only old people speak it. The younger ones like me will speak Bahasa Benteng but with a lot of indonesian words mixed here and there.
