The Hui people are a minority group with a population of 10 million, mainly living in the Northwest and North of China. Their ancestors were partially from Middle and West Asia in the 11th century.
The majority of Hui people are Chinese-speaking practitioners of Islam, though some may practice other religions. The 110,000 Dungan people of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are also considered part of the Hui people. The Hualong Dialect of the Hui people is a branch of Lanyin Mandarin Chinese. This dialect is spoken mainly by Hui people living in Hualong Hui Autonomous County, Qinghai Province, China. It is a Chinese dialect mixed with some Persian, Arabic, and Tibetan loanwords.

If you are interested to see your native language/dialect be featured here.
