Bosnian is one of the three official languages spoken in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It belongs to the South Slavic branch of the Slavic language family. It is also an officially recognized minority language in Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Kosovo.
Bosnian is mainly written with the Latin alphabet, but sometimes, Cyrillic is used.
