The Power Supply Unit takes in and distributes power throughout the TV. Vizio uses different number patterns to identify power supplies:

- If the power supply is manufactured by Delta or FSP, look for a barcode label on the topside of the board or on the metal heatsinks. This barcode label contains the Vizio manufacturer part number, which is 12 digits long, beginning with 0500:
- 0500-####-#### (# is a number)
The DPS & FSP part numbers that are printed on the board are generic board numbers, and do not completely identify Vizio power supplies. Please search by the 0500 part number on the label.

- If the power supply is NOT manufactured by DPS or FSP, a partial part number will be found on a barcode label. This number is usually 8 characters long. Typically, the barcode label can be found on the topside of the board, but it can also be found wrapped around capacitors or even on the bottom of the board.

You may notice in the search results that ShopJimmy has added a prefix or suffix to the number found on your label. These prefixes and suffixes complete the part number for your board, and are used in the TV service manual. Don't worry too much about these prefixes and suffixes, as you only need to match the partial part number found on your label in order to find a compatible replacement for this series of Vizio power supplies.

- Search Scenario #1: Your Search Returns An Exact Match
Search your part number on ShopJimmy.com to find a compatible replacement. Typically, your part number will match the ShopJimmy Item Number.

- Search Scenario #2: Your Search Returns A Differing Item Number
If searching your part number directs you to items that have differing ShopJimmy Item Numbers, take a look at the product details to confirm that your number is listed in the Part Number, Manufacturer Part Number, Board Number, or Substitute Parts fields. If your number is listed in the Part Number, Manufacturer Part Number, or Board Number fields on a product page, but is different than the ShopJimmy Item number, that just means that we have found Manufacturer Part Numbers that relate to this product. As long as your part number is found in the Part Number or Board Number field, this item will be the correct replacement TV part for you.

- Search Scenario #3: Your Search Has Multiple Results
If searching your part number directs you to items that have slightly different part numbers, take a look at the product details to confirm that your part number is in the Substitute Parts field. As long as your part number is found in the Substitute Parts field, this item will be a compatible substitute and will work in your TV.

- Search Scenario #4: Your Item Is Out of Stock
If your part number is out of stock, be sure to check the Substitute Parts field on the product page for compatible replacements. These substitutes are guaranteed to replace your original board, even if the part numbers on the board do not match.
