The Main Board typically manages your accesory inputs and outputs and houses the TV tuner. Part numbers for Pioneer Main Boards begin with AWV or AWW, followed by 4 numbers(AWV####, AWW####). These part numbers can be found printed on the board. Please disregard any part numbers beginning with ANP, as they are generic board numbers and do not guarantee compatibility.

In some cases, there are more than one part number on the board, and it may be difficult to identify the correct part number:
- Sometimes, part numbers are stamped over pre-printed numbers.
- If there is a list of part numbers printed on the board, look for printed lines moving
away from the part numbers. The line that has a resistor soldered at the end of it is
the line that connects to the correct part number.
