In this video tutorial we will show you how to create rectangle in GIMP.
To create rectangle in GIMP, you must start the program. Go to the File Menu and press "New" to create new image.
Then press OK.
Now go to the Filters Menu and choose "Render" option. From a drop-down menu choose "Gfig" (Geometric figures filter).
In the following window select the "Create rectangle" option. In the preview window click the left mouse button and drag to create a rectangle.
If you don't want to have outlines on your rectangle uncheck "Stroke" box. If you want to add fill for your rectangle select fill type from the drop-down list. Choose the color. Press "Close" button.
