In this video tutorial we will show you how to use align tool in GIMP.
In order to use align tool in GIMP you need to start the program. Go to the "File" menu and choose "Open". Select the image on your computer and click "Open".
Now create the objects you want to align to each other. For example, use the "Duplicate Layer" option from the layer's palette and slightly move the duplicated layer to the side using "Move Tool".
Choose the "Alignment Tool" from the toolbar of the program and left click on the active layer. Go to the "Tool Options" tab and align the duplicate layer relative to the base layer using the alignment buttons from the "Align" and "Distribute" submenu.
Your objects have been successfully aligned.
