In this video tutorial we will show you how to create a bubble with Adobe Illustrator.

Launch the Adobe Illustrator. Go to the "File" menu and choose "New". In the appeared window, set the document properties and press "OK". Go to the toolbar and select the "Rectangle Tool".

Draw a rectangle in the document area to use it as a background; otherwise your bubble will not be visible. Press on the "Stroke" icon in the toolbar and select "None". Click on the "Fill" icon and open the "Color Picker" window. In the appeared window, change the object color and press "OK".

Choose the "Ellipse Tool" and create a circle while holding the "Shift+Alt" keys.

Open the "Color Picker" window and choose the bubble color. Switch to the "Selection Tool" and copy the circle to the clipboard by using the "Ctrl+C" keyboard shortcut. Insert the copied object into the same place by using the "Ctrl+F" keyboard shortcut. Transform the inserted object by holding the left mouse button. Then set the color in the "Color Picker" window. Copy the circle to the clipboard again and paste it. Transform this object also. Select the earlier created objects while holding the "Shift" key.

Go to the "Object" menu, choose the "Blend" option and select the "Make" option from the submenu.

Go to the "Window" menu and open the "Transparency" window.

Change the opacity of the object and set the "Lighten" blending mode.

Select the small circle and set the opacity too. Switch to the "Selection Tool", select the created bubble and group the objects with keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+G". Copy the group of objects to the clipboard by using the "Ctrl+C" keyboard shortcut. Insert the copied bubble into the same place by using the "Ctrl+F" keyboard shortcut and transform it. Repeat these steps to create another bubble. As you can see, the bubbles have been successfully created with Adobe Illustrator tools.
