In order to use Illustrator watercolor brushes you have to download them, because Adobe Illustrator has not these brushes by default. Open the Internet Explorer and type the "Illustrator watercolor brushes" in the address bar and press "Enter".
Click on the first link in the search results.
On the next page click on the "Download" button to start the download process.
In the pop up window click "Save As". In the appeared window press "Save". Loadable brushes will be saved in the "Downloads" folder by default. Wait the download process is complete, then press "Open folder" button. In the appeared window right click on the downloaded archive and select the "Extract All" option from the appeared menu.
In the pop up window press "Next". Wait the extract process is complete, then hide all opened windows and launch the Adobe Illustrator. Go to the "File" menu and choose "New" option to create a new document. In the appeared window set the document properties and press "OK". Go to the "Window" menu, choose the "Brush Libraries" from the drop down menu, then choose the "Other Library" in the submenu.
In the appeared window find the saved Illustrator brushes file, select it and press "Open".
In the appeared window select the brush sample and click on the "Paintbrush Tool" icon.
Draw in the document area with "Paintbrush Tool". Select the another brush sample and draw in the document area again. Choose the another brush size from the "Stroke" drop down menu in the control panel and draw in the document area.
Change the brush size and draw again. Choose the opacity level of the brush in the "Opacity" drop down menu and draw. Now you has been successfully learned to use Illustrator watercolor brushes.
