In this video I explained the idea behind PATH hijacking, a common technique for doing privilege escalation in linux machines. During the video I discuss the role of the PATH, and how it can be abused against vulnerable programs to perform privilege escalation.

Now, the same technique also works in windows, because windows also has a PATH variable. So, while in this video I focus on linux, remember that this same attack can work in other OSes, because the concept of the PATH is sort of universal at this point.
