In this Microsoft Project 2019 tutorial, we look at how to set and organize milestones in MS Project. Milestones in Project are used to set significant events in a project. One of the important elements of milestones is being able to see a milestone report and a top-level view of how the project is progressing. You may also be using milestones to link to payments at certain points in your project.

This is a really important part of MS Project. Once you have mastered dependencies your project really starts to take shape.
